Our Begin No 1 Bath Salts combine Epsom and Pink Himalayan salts with our aromatherapy blend, Begin No 1. An uplifting and invigorating blend of Geranium, Dill Seed, Bay, and Bergamot 100% Essential Oils. Hand blended and mixed by us to help you wake up and start your day, add these salts to a bath in the morning or later on in the day if you need a pick me up and a boost to your mood. This wonderful smaller sized bottle of our Bath Salts make the perfect gift.  Easily absorbed into your skin, Himalayan Salt is a wonderful detoxifier and the magnesium in the Epsom Salts helps to relieve stress and relax your body. This detoxifying salt blend contains minerals and elements found in your body and helps promote the production of serotonin which also aids with reducing the effects of adrenaline.

How to use:

Sprinkle a handful of Bath Salts into warm water as you run your bath. Leave to dissolve, sink back and enjoy the benefits.

Please note that our Bath Salts do settle in the bottle, and may give the appearance of the bottle not being full. We take great care to weigh and measure each product individually to ensure that you receive the correct amount of Bath Salts in every bottle.
