Time to explore! This giant wall hanging depicts the fauna, flora and geography of Australia & Oceania. Perfect for your little explorers room or even to bring a little playfulness into a study space. Originally produced for a kids book titled “Ulle Bams on his Wondrous Travel Around the World”, it was created by German illustrator Kurt Ruebner and published in 1950 in East Germany. Each of our Erstwhile hangings are printed onto Airtex canvas, with their brilliant colours and accurate detail carefully restored. They come hand-mounted with aged timber batons and 100% hemp rope, meaning each piece is supplied ready to hang.
